By accessing sayonarapest.com or booking pest control and wildlife services through Sayonara Pest Control, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Services & Scheduling

All pest control, termite baiting, rodent exclusion, and nuisance wildlife services are performed by licensed technicians complying with NYSDEC standards. Service arrival windows are estimates and subject to weather conditions and emergency dispatch volume.

2. Retreatment Guarantees

Qualifying recurring protection plans and targeted treatments include our retreatment guarantee. If covered target pest activity persists between scheduled service visits, we return to retreat affected areas at no extra cost, provided recommended sanitation and structural exclusion measures have been maintained by the customer.

3. Customer Cooperation & Safety

Customers agree to follow pre-treatment preparation instructions and re-entry guidelines provided by our technicians, including securing pets and vacating treated spaces during specified drying intervals.

4. Limitation of Liability

Sayonara Pest Control is not responsible for pre-existing structural damage caused by wood-destroying organisms or wildlife prior to treatment. Our liability is limited to the cost of services rendered.
